 The Role 

 We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and hands-on Junior System & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and help us operate, automate, and continuously improve our Windows and Linux infrastructure. 

 In this role, You will work closely with experienced engineers, receive hands-on guidance, and gradually take ownership of infrastructure tasks and automation projects. You will take part in supporting and improving our on-premises and cloud environments, developing automation, and leveraging modern technologies and AI-assisted tools to make infrastructure operations faster, smarter, and more efficient. 

 The IT team is composed of strong and experienced professionals responsible for defining Final’s IT strategy and managing the company’s on-premises and public cloud IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities 

•  Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments across the organization. 
• Support and operate Final’s IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. 
• Work with configuration management and automation tools to deploy, configure, and maintain systems at scale. 
• Develop scripts, tools, and automation, leveraging AI-assisted technologies where relevant, to improve IT operations, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work. 
• Learn, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and approaches that can improve IT

• 1–2 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or a similar technical role. 
• Hands-on experience administering Windows or Linux servers, with basic familiarity with the other and a strong motivation to deepen expertise in both. 
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages. 
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Technical curiosity and a strong motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

Advantages

• Strong coding or scripting skills, with a passion for building tools and automating infrastructure operations.

We are looking for a Software Engineer specializing in ML Systems Engineering  to join Final’s Development department.

While vision and language models have become increasingly commoditized, Final’s proprietary deep learning models are unique, fast-evolving, and deployed in live trading across the world’s most efficient and sophisticated financial markets. Operating in this environment presents distinct scaling challenges and continuous opportunities for optimization. Success in this role requires first-principles thinking and a deep understanding of the engineering trade-offs behind high-performance DL systems.

This is a pivotal role within Final’s engineering organization. You will work closely with researchers and engineers across the company, running deep learning models on massive compute clusters and adapting them for production serving under strict and non-trivial constraints.

·        B.Sc. with honors in CS/EE/Math/Physics, or a related field from a top-tier university

·        5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying large-scale deep learning systems in production

·        Advanced proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow

Preferred Qualifications :

·        M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field - Advantage

·        Proficiency in Python/C/C++

·        Deep, working knowledge of PyTorch internals

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

·       Performance profiling and optimization of deep learning workloads

·       Orchestrating and optimizing large-scale distributed training (hundreds to thousands of GPUs)

·        Optimizing model serving and inference pipelines (quantization, distillation, compilation, memory optimization, etc.)

·        Training and scaling state-of-the-art vision, language, or diffusion models

·  Implementing custom CUDA/Triton kernels

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs within our Research & Engineering group. This role requires deep technical understanding, significant experience implementing modern project management methodologies, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Part of the role involves implementing AI tools and leading changes in engineering and project management workflows as AI agents reshape how teams plan, collaborate, and deliver.

You will translate business and engineering priorities into actionable plans, align stakeholders across the organization, and own delivery from planning through completion. We are looking for someone who combines a broad organizational perspective with attention to detail, a can do attitude, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs and projects end to end, coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, and interdependencies.
